This patch adds a link to the folder configured for "Download folder" to the bluetooth:/ kio.
Maybe makes sense to also add the "Shared Files" folder.

Testing
-------

Works, directory opens, even displays thumbnails and the user-configured folder icon (if used, which I do in my case). Folder text also gets translated if translation available.

Only thing I want: the folder should always appear as first item. But probably not possible because those are all folders and so are sorted alphabetically
