[Kde-hardware-devel] gsoc 2013

Hi,
I want to participate in gsoc 2013. I have seen the ideas in kde ideas
page. I want to work on sms project:
Send SMS with Plasma NetworkManagement.

I was wondering if anyone could guide me please?
