OK, I added a couple. The most important ones to me were already there. Topic 
#1 being the "metalworkers unite!" one IMO, in our previous meetings this year 
we dealt with software architecture, now time to deal with the community 
architecture. ;-)

I took the freedom to also make a clear split between the "topics for 
discussions" and the "code goals". We met twice this year already, and 
discussed architecture at length already, so I think we deserve having a 
sprint more goal oriented, really focused on delivering code. At the same time 
it'll be the stepping stone toward a better metalworkers community, sitting 
together hacking away and having fun!

Be ready to show up at this sprint with your über-hacker switches turned on.
