Don't think so.

By the way, Lukas will continue with the development of the backend,
since he already wrote the Solid::Control one, and in order to remove
the last bits of HAL (yesterday I was to sleepy to see that the backend
was using GenericInterface custom properties), I have to copy/paste more
of his code, so is better if he do it itself.
