Adds a Mobile Broadband tab that show information about the modem, network and 
connection, including option to set the preferred access technology (2G or 
3G). This patch depends on http://reviewboard.kde.org/r/3769/ (Adds 
preliminary ModemManager support to solid).

To test the patch firstly apply http://reviewboard.kde.org/r/3769/ to kdebase-
workspace, recompile solid and then recompile knetworkmanager using this 
patch. It is also needed to add cellular:quality and cellular:operatorname to 
ToolTipKeys entry in ~/.kde/share/config/networkmanagementrc (or use 
knetworkmanager GUI interface to do that). You must logout and login again to 
the changes to take effect. Some information in Mobile Broadband tab will only 
be available when using git NetworkManager and ModemManager (May 16, 2010 at 
least).
