[Kde-hardware-devel] if can't /usr/bin/eject a volume let hal do it

Hi guys,

this patch should solve bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=169060. when 
it tries to eject the volume using /usr/bin/eject, if it fails, is does a dbus 
call to hal and let it do the work. It emits a signal ejectDone with the same 
parameters as the other *Done signals.

Anyway I said *should* because I have no ipod or Nokia N* ro try it, so please 
if someone have it test it.
