[Kde-hardware-devel] brightnessChanged() signal incomplete

Hi,

In Solid::Control::PowerManager, the signal brightnessChanged(float) is only 
emitted after calling setBrightness() in the same class. It's not emitted when 
the brightness changed, for example by means of the brightness controls on my 
keyboard (T60).

I'm running into this in the battery plasmoid, where the slider isn't updated 
correctly when the brightness is changed by the user,

Is this an easy thing to add? I'm not much of a DBus or HAL guru, so it's a 
bit hard for me to estimate...
