Video formats are subject to the mimetypes/ folder. devices/ is about devices, 
including optical disc types, but should not distinguish between video 
formats. Distinguishing between different disc types (DVD, HD-DVD, Bluray)
is the maximum of what should be done in devices/, anything else like specific 
video formats doesn't really belong there.
