[kde-guidelines] Examples Visions & Scenarios

Hello everyone,

I know we need to add more examples to our HIGs and I wondered if 
there's already an example project vision which would be relatively easy 
to add to the page, so there would be one page less to make examples 
for. :)  I ask because I am currently working on one and am a bit 
dumbfounded (I will post on kde-usability for further questions in this 
direction).
