[kde-guidelines] HIG for search needed (?)

We updated the search guidelines according the discussion on the forums. At least placement of and access (short-cuts) to controls should be final now. The search dialog itself is still in discussion: Thomas prefers the Amarok style (drag 'n drop) and I favor the dual-list pattern for simplicity and accessibility reason.
