Same as the other two ;)
An example would be very helpful here as well. Maybe we should pick an 
application we work closely with (KTp?), create a vision with them and then 
include it here?

It is outdated indeed, given that the KDE4 era is pretty much in maintenance 
mode / on its deathbed. I'll write an email to the KDE community mailing list 
asking if we should update the vision or create an entirely new one for the 
next generation.
