Lol, I was afraid of this reply ;-).
The example should illustrate the idea: a rb is appropriate for alternatives
(red/green/blue or male/female/unknown - all multiple options - and
portrait/landscape or details/compact - single choice with non-intuitive
option) but not if the alternative is obvious (yes/no, apply/don't apply,
show/hide... - single choice with clear alternative, i.e. you don't need a
radio button to choose between show and hide because if show is not checked it
means don't show aka hide).
But I agree, a better wording is very recommenable.
