Why not calling it tooltip? It may sound wrong from an interaction 
designer's perspective because only the simple popup label for an 
otherwise unlabeled control is an _actual_ tooltip, but we write the HIG 
for developers, and if the class is QToolTip, they are more likely to 
refer to them as tooltips anyway.
