Hi Hrvoje, thanks for responding. I added you because it seemed that you are a bit involved with the libkipi and ksnapshot (see http://commits.kde.org/ksnapshot/b9fcc3afc72cf7416b0a0e43cfea39ad3c7fc21a and http://commits.kde.org/ksnapshot/9c071f9703027150fe87b4b1e153702dc557a771).

Apart from the debugging comments, it would be good to have some confirmation if the kipiplugins are currently supposed to work in ksnapshot or if it is just my setup that prevents the plugins to be loaded.
