[Kde-graphics-devel] Kruler, measurement in inches, Bug 36100

In bug 36100 is pointed out, that there is a need for a ruler with 
measurement in inches or millimeters.

The attached patch gets the real size of the screen by reading out the 
DPI value and calculating
inches = cursorpos / DPIx or DPIy

This patch is not yet finished, but it displays a label with the given 
distance in inches. Missing are
* #ifdef X11
* units (mm or inch)
* correct position of label
* hiding on percentage
* and some more

If you like this, I would investigate some more time in this patch.
