[Kde-graphics-devel] Fixed KCPUInfo

I ported and fixed KCPUInfo for MImage. It now properly detects SSE and SSE2 
and I added Integer SSE (MMX-SSE on AMD Athlons), and 3dnow+. Code will be in 
the next test tarball I make, and I'll submit a KDE patch once head opens for 
KDE4. Anyone else interested can email me for a copy of my code.

Other things I've done today is the convolve sharpen filter, a stupid invert 
alpha mask bugfix (doh!), and started playing with quality settings. Right 
now this effects if convolve based effects use ImageMagick compatible kernel 
widths or optimal kernel widths that avoid overflow checks.
