Please exclude Okteta from any automated bug "clean up"

As you can see from the history in that bug report, the action taken to 
move the bug into NEEDSINFO WAITINGFORINFO status was done on 
2023-01-08, before you asked us to discontinue our bug triaging work for 
Okteta.

Once a bug report is in NEEDSINFO WAITINGFORINFO state, it gets 
automatically handled by the by the bug triage bot that runs for 
everything. This is a KDE-wide thing; see 
https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/bugzilla-bot.
