Please exclude Krita from gardening efforts

Hello Halla,

Acknowledged, we can do that. We already exclude Krita bugs from 
automatic bug triaging and the Bugzilla bot's attention, so we can do 
the same thing for Krita's Merge Requests too.

Justin, can you make sure that Krita is excluded from consideration by 
the merge request poking bot? Thanks!
