Hi,

for the next bug of the month I would like to propose
bug 309193: Keyboard shortcuts do not work with certain layout order

Again, this might not be a KDE bug, but given the complexity of this 
bug, it definitively needs more eyes and investigation so that we can 
finally resolve it.

Any other suggestions?
