Stale RR 119638

Hi,
I posted the subtask about the stale RR:

on the todo-list some weeks ago.

Nothing has changed so far.

I would like to push it myself (not the actual patch, but the RR),
however I noticed there is absolutley *NOTHING* I can do in this or
any other RR, ie. posting a comment, adding people, groups, etc. (yes,
I'm logged in)

So how is this gentle pushing supposed to work?
