  I can expand it further, the pop-up message doesn't work (hint.png 
screenshot) either and the button to get new themes is gone (setup-theme.png 
screenshot).

  I guess the compilation process warnings are relevant, but this app requires 
a bit of love from a developer...  CC to kde-i18n-doc too, and waiting before 
opening a bug report.
