REVISION SUMMARY
  The OARS tags are pretty uncontraversial, they're used to give ratings in App Stores like KDE Discover https://hughsie.github.io/oars/
  
  The version tags are a little bit more annoying. Ideally they have a short changelog and should be updated for each release. I'm not sure what the best way to integrate that with your release process is.
