if you update the logical deps you need to wait about 20 mins or so
and then start the build on Jenkins master manually, if you don’t happen
to commit to the repository in question at a later time anymore, to
let it reflect the project’s true state.

bomber appeared as broken [1], although in fact it isn’t [2]. :-)
