Not a huge Konquest player myself, but i think a turn summary makes sense. 
About KNotification i don't think it makes sense to do all the work needed for 
that.

I don't think we should show a command line by default, it's ok if you want to 
make it optional for expert players, but i think "normal" people would get 
confused by a command line they have no indication on what to use for.
