can you re-use parts of atlantik?
A major problem will be to actually make players find each other on the
network - difficult without a central game server when there are firewalls.
It seems such a server for Monopoly-like games with its own protocol
exists or existed - monopd. This is what atlantik supported.
Did you ask the kbattleship developers about their experience with
network integration - or is that a rarely used feature? That is the problem
I am seeing with kajongg.
How will it be possible to adapt things like street names to locally
known towns and streets?
Who will write the user manual?
I cannot say much about the technical side - I prefer not to use C++ and
don't know much about QML. But if you manage to do all you want to do
in the given time frame, I will be very impressed indeed!
