That's fine, Viranch, if you know your way around on those lists and I think you
might. Did you do GSoC before in another part of KDE?
OTOH, another GSoC guy or gal might get lost on such lists or end up digressing.
In that case, I think a mentor's job is to guide him or her. Not easy, if the mentor
is also in unfamiliar territory I would think.
