[Kde-games-devel] rename libtagaro -> libkgame

Moin moin,

people complained that the name of libtagaro does not convey any idea
what the library is about. So I have a local branch sitting around
that renames libtagaro to libkgame. Is everyone okay with this? I'm
asking only because people might complain that libkgame sounds too
similar to libkdegames.
