here's a bit of deserved encouragement for the kde games team ...

there is a 700k unit roll out of KDE 3 and KDE 4 machines in Portugal that 
started in 2009 and continues this year. they are dual-boot systems: windows 
and linux with kde.

one person noted: 'Unfortunately, those "Magalhães" computers ship dual boot, 
and I fear that most teachers just tell the kids to pick windows in grub 
although I've seen some kids booting caixa mágica because they like the 
included games :)'

we have some data showing that the Linux/KDE option is being used more than 
that comment might suggest, BUT ... i think it's nice to note that your work 
is being appreciated by a lot of young people out there, and that it helps 
entice people towards free software and KDE.
