There are some programs that translate different popular go protocols
to GTP that kigo uses to talk with GNU go. Hence my feature wishes:

a) allow players to configure GTP engine other than GNU go.
b) make kigo a client for GTP-talking servers, that is communicate
via TCP, not only via streams with forked GNU go engine.

Whee, I am able to play GNU go on level 1 toughness with only 2
stones of handicap. I'm getting better.
