no, 100ms min feels good to me ... it's still quick, but it is just slow 
enough to let my eyes get a feel for where things are coming from. previously 
it was just a flurry of card activity ... probably because the extra 20ms or 
so is giving 1-2 extra frames per card which, when there are only going to be 
a couple frames of animation there, makes a big difference.
