Hi Andreas,

Normally you can place the patches on http://reviewboard.kde.org to get them 
reviewed. Reviewboard is down for scheduled maintenance at the moment though. 
Once it's back up (estimated to be by 13:00 9th June UTC) then you can just 
follow the instructions at  
http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Send_Patches#Reviewboard to get the patches 
reviewed. 

If you can't wait that long you can fall back to the old method of attaching 
the patch to the bug at http://bugs.kde.org - this method is also explained on 
that techbase page.
