[Kde-games-devel] I have completed the german deck for LtSkat

I may still tweak it a bit, but it's basically complete, and I think it's 
ready to substitute the current svg-wrapped pixmap deck.

I plan to move it from playground where I'm currently developing it to the the 
kdegames SVN next saturday, unless there are objections. Since it is meant to 
replace a deck we already ship, there are no new message to translate.
