There is also one idea offered by George Goldberg which is about bringing 
Telepathy support to a KDE application of one's choice. That would be a chance 
to bring Telepathy support to all KDE games.

Yet, that would effectively mean to delay chat functionality to KDE 4.4 
because of the SoC's schedule.
