- Go to bugs.kde.org.
- Follow the "New Account" link in the bottom left hand corner.
- Create an account. It is important that you use the same email
address that you used for your SVN account, so that the two accounts
are properly linked.
- Once your account is set up. Follow the "Report New Wish or Bug"
link at the top of the screen.
- Follow the on screen instructions.
- After you've created the bug report, use the "Create Attachment"
link to upload your screenshot.
