Some comments:

Not bad, but I think the cards would look better with a more 
brownish/yellowish/sand background than the grey/white one.

Why are there blue outlines around the symbols on the card.
Doesn’t look to good, IMHO.

Also, do try to avoid vertical and horizontal lines in the background image 
(rotating the current image would improve things).
