[Kde-games-devel] svg wrapper script

Hi,
here is the script needed to generate the svg wrapper for bitmap decks.

It needs as an argument the desktop file describing the deck, from where the 
size of the cards is extracted.

At the moment it does not generate element for the back/backs. It is easy to 
manually add one, if needed, however.
