[Kde-games-devel] Card selection dialog for kpat

I made a first prototype for the new card dialog, with some basic
working functionality. If you want to check and give feedback, copy
the attached files to the libkdegames directory, compile and install it
and then start e.g lskat and go to the card dialog.

Please, note that this is not yet functional. E.g. the cards wont be choosen
anymore in the games. But the dialog displays ok. 

If you click on the "Konqi" carddeck you see an example for front-back card 
locking (hardcoded, the checkboxes dont work yet). You need to update
the card directory before doing so (and before installing the library).

Some deck (Standard, Konqi,...) have a description too.
