OK.  I can crop out the title bar and window frame in all relevant cases,
making it look like full-screen mode ... :-)

I was thinking to use Treasures of Egypt or Nostalgia Blues theme for the
screen shots in the doco, except that the words ("bricks", "concrete", etc)
might not match the text so well.

I really do not like the gold in the Default theme, otherwise I would use
Default in the doco.  The gold "glow" is really good, but the pile is just too
big and wide - out of proportion to the other elements imho.

BTW, I was wrong about the text being up-to-date.  There is no mention
of themes "Black on White" or "Treasures of Egypt".  Must fix this!
