[Kde-games-devel] Proposed patch for kdegames CMakeLists.txt

I propose the attached patch to kdegames/CMakeLists.txt that sets the 
CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS to include the g++ -pedantic flag.  This will give us the 
same (at least closer) errors as Dirk's dashboard.

This may be controversial, so I wanted to pass it by the list first.
