There's no real timeline for KDE4 yet, at least not anything remotely
accurate (a technical preview is planned for late this year, although
that may need to be delayed). You could of course start porting now.
Qt4 works fine and kdelibs is at the point where most things work, but
may look or act funny.

Unless you are planning on requesting to put your project in kdegames
I wouldn't worry about it though. There's no reason you would have to
time your release with KDE4 exactly.
