I created an updated doxygen documentation for libkdegames and stored it on my webpage at http://www.heni-online.de/libkdegames/ (under documentation). I dont know whether it is available somewhere else but it can't hurt to have it. It is for the KDE3.5 version of libkdegames and KGAME but so far KDE4 has not much changed I suppose.
