Hi there!

Here's again patch for kdegames.
And again some Qt4 porting in it :).
This time in kbackgammon.

The only thing I'm not quite sure is my removal of "name" parameter in 
constructors of KBgEngine and its derivatives.
This parameter was set while constructing engines in kbg.cpp, BUT it was 
UNUSED in KBgEngine constructor and so had no effect at all on all KBgEngine 
childs ;).

Well, if I was wrong with it's removal please let me know.
