That would be possible, but it woudln't achieve the goal of making KDE card
games use the decks. So why bother?
It's not as if switching from using files to downloading from KIO is a 5
minute conversion job. So without any decks even shipping with KDE, I
doubt most games would be converted.
So what's your goal? Do you want to get KDE games to use the decks or not?
If you want KDE games to be able to see the decks, then you should make
them available to the games. Making the games change to fit the decks
won't do it.

What's the licensing on the decks? Maybe even if the decks don't ship with
KDE, we could still package them up somehow.
