Because KToolbar offers more functionality than QToolbar, or offers
solutions with a complete desktop environment in mind (versus single
applications). Some KDE classes don't even inherit and are our complete own
implementations.

For KDE applications, KDE classes are recommended - if they didn't offer
anything special, we wouldn't have written them. QString is an example of a
Qt class that we use "as is".
