If this could be useful, in contrast to that bug report the memory usage in my
case is much slower: I let ksystemstat run for about 24h and it went from ~
45MiB to ~570MiB.
Moreover I think it is worth reporting something about my workaround: it seems
that plasmashell doesn't "like" the continuous pkill of ksystemstats, indeed
the more the times ksystemstats is terminated and restarted the more
plasmashell CPU usage raise; it settles only if I SIGSTOP ksystemstats, or I
run plasmashell --replace (or with a logout/login cycle, obviously).
I'll try increasing the delay to see if the "pkill strategy" is more
affordable.
Oh, and just to put it out the way, I did the recent pkg upgrades, but the
situation is unchanged.
