I am closing this bug because it describes an interaction between proprietary
Citrix ICA software and KDE Plasma that cannot be fixed at the port level. The
reporter noted in November 2023 that the issue became "less troublesome" over
time. All comments are from the same person, and there has been no maintainer
engagement in over 4 years.
