I am closing this bug because the primary issue (missing QtPy dependency
causing startup failure) was fixed by maintainer makc@ in commit ab318add. The
remaining SQLite database error mentioned in the follow-up is a separate
upstream issue in kajongg itself, not related to the port packaging.
