Non-base packages from latest on 15.0-RELEASE-p4. 

The symptom may be comparable to <https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=484323>
(RESOLVED UPSTREAM): 

> 484323 – High CPU load of kwin_x11 when locking or turning off the screen

– however on FreeBSD, I see the high usage when neither kwin_x11 nor
plasmashell is running (I kill both processes before allowing the screen to
lock).
