Scenario:
- ports latest
- KDE, firefox, thunderbird, and other ports installed
- pulseaudio explicitly turned off in all these ports
- updating using portmaster

Result:
- sysutils/plasma6-kinfocenter/Makefile unconditionally RUN_DEPENDS on
pulseaudio

Expected result:
- It should be possible to deselect the pulseaudio requirement in
sysutils/plasma6-kinfocenter
