I'm the maintainer of math/p5-Math-GSL. Hello.
Sorry for the delay.

Math-Alien-GSL required Alien-Role-Dino as well.

* Created devel/p5-Alien-Role-Dino.
* Created math/p5-Math-GSL-Alien.
* Updated math/p5-Math-GSL.

This should now work with GSL 2.8.
